HOLIDAY REGULATIONS BERGVILLA VIVALDI

Welcome to Bergvilla Vivaldi,

We don't like rules, but unfortunately they are sometimes necessary. By renting a suite, you agree to the general booking and cancellation conditions as well as the holiday regulations. These are intended to provide you with a pleasant and problem-free stay

We ask you and your fellow travelers to observe the following house rules. We wish you a nice stay! Mit liebe grussen, Bergvilla Vivaldi

Check-in is from 16h00 hour and check-out before 10h00 hour

REQUESTS

1. Please do not move the furniture between the different suites. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear on furniture and walls. If you move other inventory, please take it back to your suite.

2.  We ask you with great urgency not to move furniture from inside to outside. Of course, you can have a cozy meal outdoors and use the tableware and cutlery.

3. Use only and always the bed linen that is provided when you arrive. If you fail to do so, we will charge you for cleaning costs (€ 85.00 per item) for pillows, duvets, and mattresses.

4. Bed linen and 1x hand towel are included in your stay.   Extra hand towels can be rented for € 5.50 per set(2 pieces). If you wish to have the bed linen and/or bath towels replaced during your stay, please let us know. The prices are listed on our website and in the guest app.

5. Oven/microwave, refrigerator, and freezer must be left empty by the tenant.

6. Upon departure,  you must follow the information in the infomap regarding your departure and leaving the suite. 

7. Don't forget to clean up or take with you the food you brought.

8. Remember that when you leave the house temporarily or at check-out, you should always close doors and windows carefully and set the thermostat low.

LIVING REGULATIONS

  • Guests are not allowed without explicit permission from the owner.
  • Parking: park your vehicle as well as possible so that you do not block other vehicles.
  • It is strictly PROHIBITED TO SMOKE in your suite or in the common area (sauna, stube, etc). When smoking on the terraces or balconies, please dispose of the butts in the designated ashtray outside.
  • Pets are not allowed without written permission from the owner
  • You are staying in a natural and mountainous environment, we ask you to respect the environment, nature, and animals and you  are kindly requested to respect the night rest of other guests and neighbors. Rest between 22h00-07h00
  • Damage? Inform us as soon as possible if you miss items from the inventory. Let us know if you need help. So we can (timely) resolve any imperfections quickly. 
  • 1Nobody will intentionally damage anything in the house. Yet, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be very grateful if you could inform us of any damage as soon as possible, so we don't discover it only after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, because they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. The tenants are liable for damage caused by themselves, fellow tenants or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, we will refund the deposit to you.
  • The owner is not responsible for accidents in and outside the suite and Bergvilla.  The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the suite or inventory, the terraces, stube and furnishings (inside and outside), if this is the result of your actions or negligence or that of third parties who are present in the house with your permission.
  • Booking & Cancellation Conditions: you can download these from our website. A booking via a third party may supersede these conditions. 

Check Out & Cleaning Costs

We do not charge cleaning costs as usual, that doesn't fit with our vibes.  We share the burden and it won't cost you any money. With that, we expect you to leave the apartment tidy: wash all dishes, dry them and put them in the cupboards, dispose of waste and remove bedding.  In short, leave it as you found it. Of course, you don't have to vacuum (you may) and mop.  You will receive information about check-out by email on the day of departure. The failure to comply with this as a guest, in not leaving the apartment tidy, we will still charge cleaning costs of € 185.00 per apartment, regardless of the length of stay.
