HOUSE RULES BERGVILLA VIVALDI

A warm welcome to Bergvilla Vivaldi,

We don't like rules but unfortunately sometimes it is a necessary evil. By renting a suite you agree to the general booking & cancellation conditions as well as the house rules. Which is meant to give you a pleasant and problem-free stay

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out before 110:00 AM

REQUESTS

1. Please do not move furniture between suites. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear to furniture and walls. If you move inventory, please do not, but please take it back to your suite.

2. We strongly request that you do not move any furniture from inside to outside. Of course you can eat outside and use the crockery and cutlery.

3. Only and always use the linen with which the beds are made upon arrival. If you fail to do so, you may be charged the cleaning costs (at €85.00) of pillows, duvets and mattresses.

4. Bed linen and 1 towel are included in your stay. Extra towels can be rented for €5.50 per set (2 pieces). If you would like the bed linen and/or bath linen to be replaced during your stay, please let us know. The prices are listed on our website and in the guest app.

5. The oven/microwave, refrigerator and freezer must be left tidy and completely emptied by the tenant.

6. Upon departure, you must follow the information in the information folder, with all relevant matters regarding your departure and leaving the suite.

7. Don't forget to put away or take with you any food you brought with you.

8. When you leave the holiday home during the holiday or upon departure, always carefully close your doors and windows and turn down the heating.

RULES OF LIFE

  • Guests are not allowed without the express permission of the owner.
  • Parking: Park your vehicle as best as possible so that you do not block other vehicles.
  • It is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE in your suite or in the common area (sauna, stube, etc.). If you smoke on the terraces or balconies, please throw the butts in the ashtray provided outside.
  • Pets are not allowed without written permission from the owner
  • You will be staying in a natural and mountainous environment, we ask for respect for the environment, nature and animals and you are kindly requested to respect the night's rest of other guests and the neighbors. Quiet between 22h00-07h00
  • Damage? Inform us as soon as possible if you are missing items from the inventory. Let us know if you need help. This way we can quickly resolve any imperfections (in time).
  • 1No one will deliberately damage anything in the house. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would very much appreciate it if you report any damage to us as soon as possible, so that we do not discover it after your departure. The house is checked for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, because they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Tenants are liable for damage caused by them, fellow tenants or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, we will transfer the deposit to you.
  • The owner is not responsible for accidents in and outside the suite and mountain villa. The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the suite or inventory, the terraces, stube and the furnishings (inside and outside), if this is the result of actions or negligence of yourself or third parties who are in the house with your permission.
  • Cancellation & Booking Policy: You can download these from our website. Booking through a third party may override these policies.
