HOUSE RULES BERGVILLA VIVALDI

A warm welcome to Bergvilla Vivaldi,

We don't like rules, but unfortunately, sometimes they're a necessary evil. By renting a suite, you agree to the general booking and cancellation terms and conditions, as well as the house rules. These are intended to ensure you have a pleasant and trouble-free stay.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 10am

REQUESTS

1. Please do not move furniture between suites. This can cause unnecessary damage and wear and tear to furniture and walls. If you move other inventory, please do not move it, but please return it to your suite.

2. We strongly request that you do not move any furniture from inside to outside. Of course, you can enjoy your meal outdoors and use the provided tableware and cutlery.

3. Always use only the linens provided upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee (€85.00) for pillows, duvets, and mattresses.

4. Bed linen and one towel are included in your stay. Additional towels can be rented for €5.50 per set (2). If you would like the bed linen and/or bath towels changed during your stay, please let us know. Prices are listed on our website and in the guest app.

5. The oven/microwave, refrigerator and freezer must be left tidy and completely emptied by the tenant.

6. Upon departure, please follow the information in the information folder, which contains all relevant information regarding your departure and leaving the suite.

7. Don't forget to put away or take with you any food you brought with you.

8. When you leave the holiday home during the holiday or upon departure, always carefully close your doors and windows and turn down the heating.

RULES OF LIFE

  • Guests are not allowed without the express permission of the owner.
  • Parking: Park your vehicle as best as possible so that you do not block other vehicles.
  • SMOKING is strictly prohibited in your suite or in the common areas (sauna, lounge, etc.). If you smoke on the terraces or balconies, please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided outside.
  • Pets are not allowed without written permission from the owner
  • You'll be staying in a natural, mountainous setting. We ask that you respect the environment, nature, and animals, and that you respect the sleep of other guests and neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Damage? Please inform us as soon as possible if you are missing any items from the inventory. Let us know if you need assistance. This way, we can quickly resolve any issues.
  • 1. No one will intentionally damage anything in the property. However, it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would greatly appreciate it if you reported any damage to us promptly, so we don't discover it until after your departure. The property is inspected for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, because they too should be able to enjoy a comfortable holiday. Tenants are liable for any damage caused by themselves, their co-tenants, or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit. If everything is in order, we will transfer the deposit to you.
  • The owner is not responsible for accidents in or outside the suite and mountain villa. The tenant is liable for all loss and/or damage to the suite or its contents, the terraces, the living room, and the furnishings (indoors and outdoors) resulting from the actions or neglect of yourself or of third parties present in the house with your permission.
  • Cancellation & Booking Policy: You can download these from our website. Booking through a third party may override these policies.

Check Out & Cleaning Fees

We don't charge a cleaning fee, as usual, as that doesn't fit our vibe. However, we do expect you to leave the apartment tidy, including all dishes washed, trash removed, etc. Basically, leave it more or less as you found it. Of course, you don't have to vacuum (although you can) and mop. You will receive checkout information by email on the day of your departure. If you, as a guest, fail to leave the apartment tidy, we will charge a cleaning fee of €115.00 per apartment, regardless of the length of your stay.
