Algemene voorwaarden
1. Reservations
Reservations are only valid if made in writing by the online booking engine / email / fax / post and confirmed by us. When a reservation or booking is made (accommodation contract), the international hotel contract conditions apply (download our “geschafsbedingungen” on our website)
1.1 Liability
You as main booker and main contact point for us are jointly and severally liable for the complete booking and the obligations associated with the booking.
During the duration of your booking, you are fully liable for the rented units, rented items, furnishings and all property of the Bergvilla Vivaldi used by you. During the stay in the accommodation, the tenant is fully liable for the rented accommodation, the furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property. Any damage caused by the users of the accommodation or elsewhere on the proprety of Bergvilla Vivaldi will immediately have to be fully reimbursed by the tenant to the landlord. Bergvilla Vivaldi is entitled to still hold the tenant liable if the damage caused has not been settled or not properly settled or the costs to be paid on site have not been (fully) paid by the tenant. All associated (collection) costs are entirely borne by the tenant named in the reservation confirmation. For damage and/or defects that are not reported to the management of the Bergvilla no later than the day of arrival, the liability stated directly above applies. tenant.
We (Bergvilla Vivaldi) accept no liability for damage, theft or loss of personal property and items and personal injury, in any form whatsoever, unless otherwise stated in the Austrian law. We accept no liability for damage caused by natural disasters, natural disasters, nuclear disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence and coming into contact with an aircraft or parts thereof.
2. Means of payment
We accept cardpayments by EC card, Visa, Mastercard, bankcards up to € 1000,00 and off course cash and no-fee bank transfer. We prefer the no-free banktransfer.
3. Prepayment and online booking
Our easy going vibes makes you check in, stay and your departure hopefully quick and stress-free.
After booking you will receive a deposit invoice, which must be paid within 7 days. If you fail to pay, your booking will be canceled and you will receive a cancellation invoice in accordance with the terms and conditions. Extra bookings can be added on your booking page or in the Vivaldi app.
4 Overnight (tourist-) tax (local tax)
Tourist tax in our region is € 2.00 (rate 2024) per night per person (children under the age of 15 are exempt).
4.1 Your stay:
* Please in any situation, be respectfull towards the villa, the workers, appartment(s) and other guests on the site. You are and this is an important part of our Happy Mountain Vibes
* We ask you to respect the peace and quietness in and around the accommodation between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. In case leaving at this time, please be as quiet as possible.
* Guests are not allowed in Bergvilla Vivaldi without written permission of the owner or caretaker.
* The number of persons stated in your reservation is the maximum number allowed. Occupancy with more people is not permitted and we are entitled to refuse 100% access to the accommodation if occupancy takes place by more than the permitted number of people.
5 Check-In/Check-Out & Parking
You can check-in at the bergvilla from 4:00 pm till 21:00 pm and stay in your room until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to leave later, please let us know, as it may be possible to check out later. With a booked late check-out you can stay in your room till 20:00 pm
Every appartment has 1 free parkingspot availaible on the proprety. Please contact us when travelling with more vehicles.
6. Late arrival
If you are arriving later than 21:00 p.m., please call us briefly by phone.
7. No show
In the event of a no-show, our general conditions apply.
8. Cancellation conditions
Allthough we and you will do everything to make your stay and holiday as comfortable and smooth as possible, the unexpected can happen, travelplans can change. In case of cancellation please write us a written cancellation note by email. You will recieve a cancellation confirmation. Our general conditions (geschafsbedinungen) apply to your booking, stay and contract:
* From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the price.
* From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the price.
* If you cancel within a week of arrival, we will charge you 90% of the price
* If you cancell on the day of arrival, in the event of early departure or no-show without notification, we charge 100%.
* For any groups and event booking, separate change and cancellation conditions may apply as part of the contract.
If Bergvilla Vivaldi has to cancel your booking and stay with us, unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or personal circumstances, you will receive 100% of your paid ammount back.
9. Cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend you get a travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident off the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during your stay. Also check your general travel insurance when going on a holiday or trip in Austria.
10. Bar, stube, Patio, food
Our bar and stube are open on openingshours. You can find them upon arrival. De patio and terrace are allways open en free of use. You can also use our fridge for drinks when the bar is closed. Check our website for any information about our current complete menu, drinks, food, breakfastservice and special beverages.
Dogs & Pets
Pets of any kind or sort are in basics not allowed in our accommodation. Please give us a call or write us, if you have wishes or demands regaring your dog and your stay. We are happy to help where we can.
WiFi & Smoking
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the Bergvilla Vivaldi. WiFi coverage, speed and reception cannot be guaranteed due to the location of the Bergvilla in the mountains. For your convinience and health and of the other travellers, the Bergvilla Vivaldi and our appartments are smokefree. You can use our special smoking area if you would like to smoke.
Facilities
the use of all facilities of the mountain villa is entirely at your own risk and may be subject to extra charge. Not all facilities are open all year round and may be (temporarily) closed due to circumstances or technical unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be made in case of the above.
Prices
You can find our pricing online on our website www.bergvilla-vivaldi.com or published prices on site. We reserve the right to change prices and offers, and adjust misprints and errors.
Austrian Law
Every agreement, booking or collaboration is subject to Austrian law. In the event of a dispute, the Austrian law applies
